EC&O Venues Earls Court And Olympia

EC&O Venues is delighted to announce the promotion of Rachel Parker to Group Halls Director for both Earls Court and Olympia. Rachel began working at the venues in 1994, and most recently served as Halls Director for Earls Court.

As well as continuing to lead her team at Earls Court, Rachel will assume responsibility for the Olympia customer services department from Debbie Law. Having completed 17 very successful years at the venue Debbie has chosen to leave Olympia at the end of the month to take a well earned break before pursuing other opportunities.

Rachel Parker said: “I’m very excited about working more closely with my colleagues at Olympia and uniting the two customer services departments. Earls Court and Olympia are recognised for their industry-leading service and in 2009 hosted some truly outstanding events. By working together I hope that these successes will continue long into the future.”

Since 2001 she has led the Earls Court customer services team with continued passion and dedication and I’ve no doubt that she will continue to demonstrate such professionalism across both sites.”
