Visitors to March’s A Place in the Sun Live will leave the show as better informed buyers, thanks to a series of dedicated areas focusing on some of the UK’s most popular buying destinations.
Special features at the show, which takes place at London’s Earls Court from 11th -13th March, include:
- A Florida Pavilion focusing on the sunshine state, a perennial favourite with British buyers;
- A French Village featuring a mix of agents and developers specialising in French properties, with thousands of homes for sale alongside a detailed seminar programme covering all aspects of buying and living in France;
- A Spanish Village offering a huge selection of bargain properties from across the Spanish Costa, reflecting our long-held love for this part of the world; and
- A Portuguese Pavilion, in association with the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce, bringing together developers, agents and legal experts to give an insight into all that Portugal has to offer, from the glorious Algarve in the south to Oporto in the north.
Andy Bridge, managing director of show organiser APITS Ltd, said this Spring’s show is focusing more than ever on education and information to help create the better informed buyer. “Today’s overseas property buyers are understandably more cautious, and need better information before committing to a purchase,” said Bridge. “They’ll find everything they need at A Place in the Sun Live.”
Alongside the country-specific features and a whole series of informative seminars on buying property overseas, the Earl’s Court show will host over 150 stands from exhibitors representing more than 40 countries worldwide and featuring properties to suit all pockets – from under £20,000 to over £1million.
