Horse Show Parking Information

There is visitor parking at Olympia, however it is limited and so we recommend you pre-book early to avoid disappointment.

The cut off date for visitor car park pre-booking is Wednesday 10th December, after this date we are afraid that we are unable to take any further bookings.

If you would like to book car parking please ensure that you read all the information below before you book. This will ease your booking. 

The parking during the Horse Show, from the 18th – 22nd December, is subject to session times. There will be different session times for afternoon and evening ticket holders and you will be advised by Booking Services staff at the time of booking. Parking during this period is charged at £20 per session.

Parking on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th will be charged at an all day rate of £20 for the evening Dressage.

On booking you will be provided with a booking confirmation number and sent a copy of the confirmation, along with a car park display permit, in the post.

We endeavour to ensure that all information sent is correct, however we ask you to check that your booking matches the details printed on the display permit. This applies to the correct booking date and session time. If there are any problems with your booking, please call the booking service on the number above. This is very important as if you arrive on site with an incorrect permit you may be delayed in gaining access to the car park.

It is vital that you bring your booking confirmation and display permit with you on the day. The display permit, which should be clearly displayed in your vehicle on the day, will be checked by a car park operative at the car park entrance.

If you do not have your permit and booking confirmation there will be some delay in allowing you access to the car park. This may even result in access being denied. We regret that refunds are not available. A very limited amount of parking may be available on the day on a “first come, first served” basis for visitors who have not pre-booked. These spaces will be charged at a pay on entry rate of £20 per performance.

The above restrictions apply to the parking session times. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for finding alternative parking for visitors who have not pre-booked and who cannot be accommodated on site.
