Why should I pre-book?
By pre-booking you are guaranteed a space in the selected car park for the date(s) chosen. During the period you have pre-booked, you will be able to leave and re-enter the car park as many times as you want using the credit card that you used to book your parking or with your ticket. The cost for pre-booking is consideraby cheaper than if you were to turn up on the day and park for a full day.
Once I have pre-booked my car parking how do I gain access to the car park? Will a ticket be posted to me?
No, Earls Court and Olympia have adopted a ticketless pre-booking car park system. Once your booking has been confirmed, simply put the credit card that was used to book your parking in the entry and exit barriers in the relevant car park on the date(s) you chose. Please note that failure to use the correct credit card in the correct car park on the correct dates will result in another charge being debited. As stated in the terms and conditions this charge will not be refunded.
What do I do if the entry barrier cannot read my credit card?
If the entry barrier fails to read the credit card that has been used to make the pre-booking, you will need to press for a ticket to gain access into the car park. Do not use a different credit card as any additional charges that you incur will not be refunded. Prior to leaving the car park make your way to the car park cashier's office to show a copy of your booking confirmation sheet. On proof of pre-booking, car park staff will issue you with an exit ticket.
What if I do not have access to the credit card that the booking was made with on the day(s) of parking? For example, group bookings or bookings made on a company credit card.
Bookings of this nature have to be made by contacting Booking Services on 0871 871 9809. A pre-programmed ticket will be prepared and posted or made available for collection. Please note that this also applies for bookings of more than one vehicle. If you lose your credit card or the card expires before the booking, please also contact Booking Services.
